Most of us have that ache or pain in our back or neck on a regular basis and we think that is “normal.” Yet there are little things you can do to find more comfort and ease in your body on a regular basis.


In this month’s Coffee Connections, Shara will guide you through a mini-Feldenkrais lesson that will increase your awareness of the ways your body might be working harder than than you need to, and to reshape your nervous system to be wiser. This lesson will help you to feel more balanced and tall, and it will also stimulate the Vagus Nerve (for neuro-modulation & relaxation).
